Return And Refund Policy

Zohar N Zarii – Customer Care With Clarity

We at Zohar N Zarii take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement:

✅ You must record a complete package opening video from the moment the parcel is received, showing:

  • The sealed package
  • Unpacking process
  • The product as received
  • Any damage, defect, or mismatch clearly visible

✅ The request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after 2 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.


2. Valid Reasons for Refund/Return

Refunds or returns will be considered for the following reasons with valid package opening video:

  • Received a damaged item
  • Received an item with manufacturing defect only.

Please Note:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for refund unless damaged upon arrival (with video proof).

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund/return:

  1. Email us at info@zoharnzarii.com within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return/refund
    • The package opening video as described above
    • Images (if applicable) of the issue for clarity

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment or as store credit (as applicable).
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items returned without the package opening video
  • Items returned after 2 days of delivery
  • Products that are used, damaged (after delivery), or altered

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or style, please initiate a return (as per above policy), and place a new order.
